Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Polk County Busted Mugshots does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The receiving provider processes the query under its own privacy practices.

If you send an email or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read the request and respond. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid government demand.
